It is my pleasure to announce that a General Assembly Meeting will take place Friday 20 April at 6:00 pm, Zico House. Snacks and refreshments will be served after 8pm so we can chat and network. Please ask fellow potential members to join us promptly at 8.
Several important decisions will take place during this meeting. We will review the activities of the 2006 year as well as have a peak on what we should expect for the remainder of 2007. We will also review our charter where the board is proposing some changes to best document the way we have been working. Both documents, the yearly report and the charter will be sent to you Monday so you have time to review. We need 2/3 of the members to be there and vote in order to change the charter.
