During the Annual General Assembly held on 22 January 2010, the new elected executive board inaugurated the "WIT Training Center at Zico House, Sanayeh, aiming at training women on information technology and employment skills through the program of Women in Technology in cooperation with Microsoft.

Knowing that this program is considered one of the most updated training programs, notably in the fields of business-planning, personal skills and information technology which provide women with skills related to required computers hardware in labor market in the spirit of Microsoft methodology entitled Microsoft unlimited potential to guarantee sustainability and employment opportunities, seeking to establish professional relations in development, capable of linking together specialized women.
